What we collect
- Account data — your email address, optional display name, and authentication records, stored with our database provider (Supabase).
- Billing data — handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
- Usage data — basic traffic measurement through Vercel Analytics and, only when configured and permitted by your privacy choice, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or Microsoft Clarity. Error reports through Sentry may include your browser type and the page where an error occurred.
- Bets you track — if you use the bet-tracking feature, the picks, stakes and odds you enter are stored against your account and visible only to you.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell your personal data.
- We don’t use optional analytics or advertising tags before the required consent.
- We don’t send marketing email you haven’t signed up for.
Analytics and advertising choices
Essential site functions do not require optional analytics or advertising cookies. When optional tools are configured, you can allow analytics only, allow all optional tools, or continue with essential functions only. You can reopen that choice at any time.
We send transactional email (receipts, payment issues, account notices) and — for paid subscribers — prediction digests. You can opt out of digests at any time via the link in the email; transactional messages are sent only when your account requires them.
Data retention and deletion
Account data is kept while your account exists. To delete your account and associated personal data, contact us from your account email; we will remove it within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or fraud-prevention purposes (e.g., Stripe invoices).
Processors
We rely on: Supabase (database & auth), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting & analytics), Sentry (error monitoring), and Resend (email delivery). Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity and Meta Pixel are used only if configured and allowed by the relevant privacy choice. Each provider receives only what is required for its configured function.
