1. The service
Fight Detective (“the service”) provides statistical analysis, machine-learning predictions and historical data about UFC fights. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to create an account. The service is informational; it is your responsibility to comply with all laws that apply to you, including any gambling laws in your jurisdiction.
3. Subscriptions and billing
- Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until canceled.
- You can cancel anytime from your account page — access continues until the end of the paid period, after which it ends. No partial-period refunds are issued unless required by law.
- Prices may change; we will notify you before a change affects your renewal.
- If a payment fails, we may suspend prediction access until it is resolved.
4. No betting advice; assumption of risk
All content is provided for entertainment and information only and is not betting, investment, or financial advice. Model outputs are probabilistic and will frequently be wrong. You assume all risk for any decision you make based on the service. See the Disclaimer.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not share, resell, scrape, or redistribute paid predictions or data feeds.
- Do not attempt to bypass the paywall, rate limits, or any access control.
- Do not use the service to violate any law or third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
6. Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including gambling losses.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
